I think TJ fixed it right versus another band aid. Also, a very nice and personable guy, which is nice when your pipes burst late on a Sunday night:) Comments: I woke up to a flooded basement and a non working sump pump. I was panicked and looked up plumbers on the internet. Discovered MNN and read the wonderful feedback, decided to call. The response was great. Even though it was a very busy day, they called me back a couple of times to keep me posted on their expected arrival time. John came in, saw my mini disaster, examined my sump pump, checked the out side, explained everything to me, fixed everything, showed me how to disconnect an outside pipe before winter. John was very patient and very pleasant. I highly recommend this company.
