The pipe had been a problem before. I think TJ fixed it right versus another band aid. I was panicked and looked up plumbers on the internet. Discovered MNN and read the wonderful feedback, decided to call. The response was great. Even though it was a very busy day, they called me back a couple of times to keep me posted on their expected arrival time. John came in, saw my mini disaster, examined my sump pump, checked the out side, explained everything to me, fixed everything, showed me how to disconnect an outside pipe before winter. John was very patient and very pleasant. I highly recommend this company. Being a single female homeowner who knows nothing about plumbing I needed someone who knew what they were doing and could be trusted. I was very happy with the work that John did in my home. He was very understanding of my situation and worked in a very professional manner. He took the time to explain and show me exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. I would highly recommend MNN plumbing and although I hope I won't need a plumber again anytime soon I will definitely use them again when the need arises.
