I woke up to a flooded basement
and a non working sump pump. I was panicked and looked up plumbers on the internet. Discovered MNN and read the wonderful
feedback, decided to call. The response was great. Even though it was a very busy day, they called me back a couple of times
to keep me posted on their expected arrival time. John came in, saw my mini disaster, examined my sump pump, checked the out
side, explained everything to me, fixed everything, showed me how to disconnect an outside pipe before winter. John was very
patient and very pleasant. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! TJ got back to me immediately, showed up on time (8pm) the same day
and did a great job on our kitchen sink. Also gave us some important advice on the rest of our new home -toilets, sinks ect.
Really informative and helpful. And the price for the whole visit was more than reasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company
